The SYSCNC connector lets Claude, and other AI assistants that support MCP (Model Context Protocol), answer questions with the data of your company's CNC machines on SYSCNC: what each machine is doing, how long it worked or was stopped, why it stopped, how many parts it produced, its alarms and work orders. It can also justify stops on your behalf.
Each person signs in with their own SYSCNC account and only sees the data of their company, with the same permissions they have on the platform.
Before you start
A SYSCNC platform account (phone number and password). Kiosk users can't sign in.
Your company's SYSCNC license must be active.
Claude on the web, desktop or mobile, or Claude Code. On Team and Enterprise plans, an organization owner may have to add the connector first.
Connect in Claude
In Claude, open Settings > Connectors and search the connectors directory for SYSCNC. If you can't find it, add a custom connector with the address https://mcp.syscnc.com/mcp.
Add SYSCNC and connect it. The SYSCNC sign-in page opens.
Enter your phone number and password and select Sign in and allow. You return to Claude with the connector connected.
In conversations, Claude uses the connector when a question is about your machines. You can turn it off for a conversation in Claude's tools menu.
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http syscnc https://mcp.syscnc.com/mcp
Then run /mcp, choose syscnc and Authenticate.
Other apps
Add a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) with the address https://mcp.syscnc.com/mcp. Apps that support OAuth open the SYSCNC sign-in page.
What you can ask
Which machines are stopped right now, and why?
How many hours did each machine work yesterday?
Show the working time of Lathe-02 this week, day by day.
What were the main stop reasons in the last 7 days?
Which of today's stops still have no reason? Set the reason "Tool change" on the 10:15 stop of Mill-01.
How many parts did each machine produce this month?
Which alarms did the Fanuc machines have last week?
Which work orders were created this week, and which are finished?
Each question can cover up to 92 days. Claude converts durations to hours and minutes and can present the answers as tables and charts.

Permissions
Every user can read their company's data.
Justifying stops requires being an administrator or having the manual permission. By default, Claude asks for confirmation before justifying a stop.
The user list requires being an administrator or having the users permission.
Sessions and disconnecting
Each connection is a session that lasts 30 days from its last use. After that, Claude asks you to sign in again.
To disconnect, open Settings > Connectors in Claude, choose SYSCNC and disconnect it.
On the SYSCNC platform, Integrations > Connected AI assistants lists your company's active sessions; users with the settings permission can end them, and access stops immediately.
Changing your password ends all your sessions. Deleting the user or blocking the license also cuts access.
Troubleshooting
"Wrong number or password": use the same details as the SYSCNC platform sign-in.
"Your company's license is blocked": contact Systems4you.
Claude says the session has expired or that you need to sign in again: connect SYSCNC again in Settings > Connectors.
Claude can't find a machine: use the name or address as shown on SYSCNC, or ask for the list of machines.
"Too many requests": each company has a limit of requests per minute. Wait a minute and try again.
